DELIVERY POLICY
The purchased goods will be delivered to your doorstep throughout the territory of Croatia via GLS courier service.
The delivery time is approximately 2–3 working days.
Delivery is charged 3.5 euros according to the official GLS price list.
The ordered products are packed in such a way as to avoid damage during normal handling. Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the complaint to the courier (GLS employee). The seller disclaims all responsibility for damages that may occur during delivery. If the customer does not receive the goods, or notification of delivery, within the expected period after the order has been dispatched, the customer has the right to inform the seller so that measures can be taken to locate the shipment or to send a replacement shipment. If the customer refuses to accept the goods ordered from the seller, the seller has the right to request reimbursement from the customer for all costs related to the delivery. The seller undertakes to dispatch the shipment to the customer once confirmation of the online transaction approval is received. After receiving such confirmation, the seller undertakes to send the shipment within up to 5 (five) working days.
Once the courier (GLS) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery or for possible delays and issues that may arise in connection with the further handling and delivery of goods.
PROCEDURE FOR REFUND
Contact us by calling +385957460044 or by sending an e-mail to adaktarhr@gmail.com, providing your invoice/delivery note number, your bank account number, and the name of the bank where the account is held. After submitting the required information, you will receive a notification about the refund via e-mail. In the case of returning goods or refunding funds to a customer who has previously made a payment with one of the payment cards, regardless of the reason for the return, Adaktar online store is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, Maestro, and MasterCard payment methods.
This means that the refund will be made to the payment card account. If the order was paid in cash, the courier service will return the cash at our instruction. Every package will be returned to the sender at the sender’s (i.e., the customer’s) expense, at the price of one postage fee according to the official courier service price list. Postage is paid in cash to the courier who picks up the goods for exchange.
2. Exchange of items
If, after receiving the shipment, you decide to exchange the item for another product of the same or higher price category, please contact us by phone at +385957460044 or by e-mail at adaktareu@gmail.com.
To the courier who comes to your address to collect the item you want to exchange, you must hand over a properly packed item, as all responsibility lies with the sender, along with the invoice/delivery note you received with the product.
If the exchange is required due to the customer’s error – the customer contacts the courier service and bears the postage costs according to the courier’s official price list. Postage is paid in cash to the courier who collects the goods for exchange.
If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect item – the supplier contacts the courier service and bears the postage costs. As soon as the item arrives at our warehouse, the condition of the item is checked, and if the exchange requirements are met, a replacement item is automatically sent with a new invoice/delivery note.
Exchange period
The deadline for exchanging an item is 8 days from the moment the customer submits the request, and after the product has been received.
Delivery costs
The customer bears the costs of exchanging goods or money, except in cases when the customer receives a damaged or incorrect item. If the customer made an error when choosing the item, upon delivery, the customer pays the postage fee according to the official courier service price list. Postage is paid in cash to the courier who collects the goods for exchange.
3. Unilateral termination of contract
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, purchasing through our online store is considered a distance contract, which implies a contract between a trader and a consumer within an organized sales or service system without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer at the same location, and where, up until the conclusion of the contract and for the conclusion itself, one or more means of remote communication are exclusively used.
The Consumer Protection Act, in the case of distance selling, establishes the RIGHT of the consumer to unilaterally terminate a distance contract, without stating reasons, within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier.
If the consumer ordered multiple items with one order that are to be delivered separately, or goods that are delivered in multiple parts or shipments, this period begins from the day of delivery of the last item or shipment to the consumer or a person designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier.
The consumer is obliged to inform the trader of the decision to terminate the contract before the expiry of the deadline for unilateral termination.
The request for unilateral termination of the contract may be sent by the consumer via e-mail: adaktareu@gmail.com, or by post to the address: Horvatova 80A, Zagreb.
In order for the consumer to exercise the right of unilateral termination of the contract, the returned goods must not be damaged, used, or worn, since such goods, given that these are cosmetic products, are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
The consumer is obliged to return the goods in their original packaging, with the attached invoice, and a submitted request for unilateral termination of the contract. The declaration of unilateral termination of the contract takes legal effect from the day it was sent to the trader.
The consumer is obliged to return the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day of notifying the trader of the decision to terminate the contract, unless the trader has offered to collect the goods directly from the consumer. This obligation is considered fulfilled if the consumer sends the goods before the expiry of the deadline.
In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, the consumer bears the costs of returning the goods.
