DELIVERY OF GOODS AND POSSIBLE RESTRICTIONS
Delivery is carried out via GLS courier service.
You can expect your shipment within 2 to 3 working days from the date of order.
The delivery price is calculated according to the official GLS courier service price list.
Delivery costs are charged additionally and are not included in the displayed product price.
By placing an order, you expressly agree to pay delivery and transport costs.
CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be made in euros (€). If the payment is made with cards issued by foreign banks, the transaction amount will be converted into the cardholder’s local currency according to the exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard.
All payments will be effected in Euro currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
CUSTOMER / CONSUMER PRIVACY PROTECTION
We are committed to protecting our customers’ personal data by collecting only essential information necessary to fulfill our obligations. We inform customers about the way collected information is used, and regularly provide them with options regarding the use of their data, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be removed from marketing lists.
All user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who require it to perform their work. All our employees and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection.
CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA PROTECTION
The confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using the latest version of TLS encryption. Online payment pages are secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol and 128-bit encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding process that prevents unauthorized access during data transfer. This ensures secure communication between the user’s computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.
The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data via a virtual private network (VPN), protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security standard set by Visa and Mastercard. Adaktar International does not store credit card numbers, and they are not available to unauthorized persons.
Credit Card Purchase Security Statement
Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using the latest TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured using SSL protocol with 128-bit encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer. This enables secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
REFUND POLICY
In the case of product returns and refunds to the customer/consumer who previously paid by one of the payment cards, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Adaktar International d.o.o. is obliged to execute the refund exclusively via VISA and MasterCard payment methods. This means that the bank, upon the seller’s request, will refund the amount to the cardholder’s account.
VAT STATEMENT
VAT is included in the product price, and there are no hidden costs.
Payment for products in our online store can be made in one of the following ways:

After entering card details and confirming payment, the bank authorizes the transaction, which means the order is approved and enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes. The transaction will be completed, and the amount debited from your account only when the products are prepared for delivery and handed over to the courier service. If the payment is not completed, i.e., the amount is not debited from the account within 14 days from the acceptance of your order, the order will be canceled and deleted. After this period, the funds reserved on your account will be released and available again. After that, you may place the order again – the same or new – and proceed with the payment.
Please check with the bank that issued your card to confirm whether it supports online payments.
COMPLAINT POLICY
The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically sound and corresponds to the product description stated at www.adaktar.eu. The product image displayed on the website may not correspond to the actual product appearance, and the customer cannot file a complaint on this basis.
In the case of technical defects, the customer must file a complaint within 4 (four) working days. After reporting a technical defect, the customer is obliged to return the defective product by post, with the delivery slip, after which the seller will, within 3 (three) working days, send a replacement product free of charge. In this case, the customer has no right to request a refund, but only a replacement product.
The seller is not responsible for any damage or obligations within the responsibility of the courier (GLS).
If the customer selects the option to download a product and is unable to complete the download due to technical problems caused by the seller’s server, the seller undertakes to send an email with a new download option at no extra cost to the customer.
If the customer is still unable to download due to technical problems caused by the seller’s server, the customer must contact the seller’s support service, which will provide an adequate solution at no extra cost. The customer has no right to request a refund in this situation.

If you send a withdrawal form by e-mail, Adaktar International d.o.o. will send you an e-mail confirming receipt. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or replacement within 14 days. The refund will be made after the goods are returned to the designated address. The seller has the right to reject the consumer’s request if the goods are not in proper condition due to inadequate or improper handling (damaged or used). Goods must be returned in their original packaging as delivered. Refunds will be made to the bank account specified in the form within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract if the goods are delivered sealed and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed after delivery.
We will not be held responsible for any inability or delay in fulfilling any of our obligations under the contract if caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
Force Majeure includes any act, event, omission, or incident beyond our control, including (but not limited to):

Strikes, lockouts, or other forms of industrial action, states of emergency

Public disturbances, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, war (declared or undeclared), or threats of war

Fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, ground subsidence, epidemics, or other natural disasters

Inability to use railways, ships, aircraft, road, or other public or private transportation

Inability to use public or private telecommunications networks

Acts, decisions, regulations, laws, or restrictions of any government
TERMS OF USE
General provisions
The Terms of Use of the Adaktar International d.o.o. website and online store regulate conditions related to membership of our users, registration procedures, members’ rights and obligations, sales conditions, calculation of fees, and all other issues significant for the functioning and use of the website and online store of Adaktar International d.o.o., OIB: 50529624524, with its registered office at Horvatova ulica 80A, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, operating as a retail business via mail and internet, in accordance with regulations governing electronic commerce. These Terms constitute the contract between Adaktar International d.o.o. and each registered user (hereinafter: member), as well as the regulations governing rights and obligations related to the use of the website and online store.
The website and all its content are the exclusive property of Adaktar International d.o.o. and are intended for online sales and promotion of e-commerce. Any use of the content contrary to these Terms without the written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.
Users are divided into members and guests. Members are legal or natural persons who accept these Terms in order to purchase through the online store. Guests are persons who access the website once for information purposes, without registration.
Adaktar International d.o.o. operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
Limitation of liability
Adaktar International d.o.o. does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of data entered by users during purchase. By accepting these Terms, users agree to enter accurate data, and Adaktar International d.o.o. is not responsible for any damage resulting from the entry of incorrect data.
The seller is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods once the product has been handed over to the courier service. Adaktar International d.o.o. is not liable for damage caused by hidden defects, errors, or irregularities resulting from computer viruses, user negligence, or behavior contrary to these Terms of Use.
Members, registration, data privacy
In order to provide a specific product or service, it may be necessary for you to voluntarily provide certain personal data during registration, such as your full name, date of birth, delivery address, e-mail address, or phone number. Members are obliged to keep their access passwords secure and not disclose them to third parties. Otherwise, they are responsible for any damage caused by use of their account. Registration with another person’s personal data is not permitted.
Adaktar International d.o.o. collects only essential user data necessary for providing information and conducting business with users, in accordance with good business practices and the Personal Data Protection Act.
Contract, rights, and obligations
The contract concluded between the user and Adaktar International d.o.o. is considered a distance sales contract.
The seller undertakes to deliver the selected product to the specified address within the agreed time, and the buyer undertakes to pay the price upon receipt of the product.
The contract is deemed concluded when the seller receives confirmation from the buyer accepting the offer.
